At SC MOREAU ENGINEERING SRL (hereinafter referred to as "Moreau Engineering" or "we") we are concerned that the personal data of all natural persons with whom we interact are processed in accordance with the applicable legal provisions and security and confidentiality standards.

In the following we present our policy in this very important area, which we undertake to review at certain time intervals, with a view to its continuous improvement. Through this Policy, we understand to fulfill the obligation of information in accordance with the provisions of art. 13 -14 of EU Regulation no. 679/2016 or the General Data Protection Regulation (hereinafter referred to as "GDPR").

Our company provides design services and technical assistance (site supervision) for industrial installations. If you are about to conclude or have already signed, as a customer, supplier or partner, a contract, agreement, understanding or any other convention or partnership with Moreau Engineering, please ensure adequate information to your own staff (legal representatives or conventional, designated contact persons for the effective performance of contracts or any other persons acting for and on your behalf) regarding the disclosure of personal data to Moreau Engineering, according to the contract you have entered into with us.

The aforementioned data are collected and processed for the purpose of concluding and effectively executing contracts by Moreau Engineering. We use the data of the representatives for communications regarding the development of the contract and the execution of services and for the management and administration of the contractual relationship with the business partner.

We may use your information to contact you, if we have your consent to do so, to send you various communications through the channels you have approved to keep you informed about the latest offers, announcements and other information with about Moreau Engineering services, products, events and projects or invite you to participate in customer satisfaction surveys.

We will keep the data for the entire duration of the contractual relationship plus an additional period of 3 (three) years (the general limitation period according to Romanian law for the purpose of establishing or defending against legal claims). If personal data must be kept to comply with a legal obligation (e.g. the obligation to prepare and keep financial-accounting documents for a period of 10 years), these data are kept until the end of the relevant period.

When you send your CV to Moreau Engineering, your data (contact data, information on education and professional experience) will be processed pursuant to art. 6 para. 1 lit. b) and f) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, exclusively for: staff recruitment, when we identify possible collaboration possibilities, evaluating the qualifications of applicants for a position within Moreau Engineering, organizing interviews, verifying the knowledge necessary to occupy certain positions and establishing the conditions of the employment offer.

We will keep your CV for an unlimited period, in order to be able to return with possible employment offers. At the end of this period, your data will be deleted.

You can ask us to delete your data at any time if a position within Moreau Engineering is no longer of interest to you, by simply sending a request to amm@moreau-engineering.com.

    The personal data processed will be kept only as necessary, during the participation in the trainings and activities of SC MOREAU ENGINEERING SRL, and afterwards, for a reasonable period, which cannot be shorter than the general prescription period. We will subsequently remove/delete your personal data from our systems and records.

  • the right of access – the persons concerned can obtain from SC MOREAU ENGINEERING SRL confirmation that their personal data is being processed, as well as information regarding the specifics of the processing such as: the purpose, the categories of personal data processed, the recipients of the data, the period for which the data are kept, the existence of the right to rectification, deletion or restriction of processing. This right allows the data subjects to obtain a copy of the processed personal data free of charge, as well as any additional copies for a fee;
  • the right to rectification – you have the right to obtain the rectification of your inaccurate personal data, as well as the right to obtain the completion of incomplete personal data that you have provided to us;
