What we need to give you a useful answer
A request described in three lines gets an answer in three lines. Here is what lets us tell you something useful from the first exchange.
What you have to do
The type of work: adding a line, replacing an item of equipment, increasing capacity, rebuilding a documentary record. And on what kind of installation.
The documents you hold
P&IDs, layout drawings, line lists, as-built dossiers — even incomplete, even out of date. Their condition already tells us a great deal about the qualification work to expect.
Your own framework
The applicable code — EN 13480, ASME B31.3 or another —, your piping classes, your tagging convention, your delivery formats. We work within yours, not within an in-house standard.
The milestone that governs the project
A shutdown, a tender, a material order, a start-up. That is what decides the order of the work, more than the delivery date you would like.
What we send back
A structured first reading: usable data, visible inconsistencies, missing information, and what we would need to see. Within two working days, and with no commitment on your side.
